Drape Panda – Return & Refund Policy

At Drape Panda, your satisfaction means everything to us. We carefully design and craft each garment to bring you comfort, style, and confidence. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’ve made returns and refunds simple and worry-free.

Eligibility for Return

  • All garments are eligible for return.
  • To qualify, the product must:
    • Have the Drape Panda Seal Tag & Hangtag intact.
    • Be unworn, unused, and undamaged.
    • Be free from perfume, makeup stains, or alterations.
  • ⚠️ If the yellow seal is broken, the return/refund will not be initiated.

Return Window

  • Returns can be placed within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • If Replacements and exchange are accepted, Then it will get delivered to you within 5-7 working days.

Condition of Returned Items

  • Items must be sent back in their original packaging.
  • Any garment that does not pass our quality check will not be eligible for refund.

Refund Method

  • If we approve your refund, we will process and credit it to your bank account within 3-5 working days.
  • For COD Orders , Please fill in the COD REFUND FORM once your order has been picked up.

 Exchange Policy

  • For size or color changes, simply return your previous order and place a fresh order on our website.
  • Exchange/return shipping is free of cost.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will issue a full replacement or refund at no extra cost.
  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.

Shipping & Return Logistics

  • Returns are free across India.
  • Our courier partner will provide the return label and collect the item from your doorstep.
  • Return will only be taken from the place of delivery.

  2. Our team will confirm your request.
  3. Our courier partner will arrive with the return label for pickup.
  4. Once your garment is received and quality-checked, your refund or gift card will be processed.
