- Each raffle ticket purchased grants one entry into the prize draw.
- Multiple ticket purchases are permitted unless otherwise stated.
- All raffle ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
- Winners will be selected at random and contacted via the email address or phone number provided during purchase.
- Prizes, gift cards, vouchers, and discount coupons are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Drape Panda reserves the right to substitute a prize with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.
- Any attempt to manipulate, abuse, or fraudulently participate in the raffle may result in disqualification.
- Winners must respond within the specified timeframe; otherwise, an alternate winner may be selected.
- By purchasing a raffle ticket, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions and accept the final decision of Drape Panda regarding all raffle matters.
- Drape Panda reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the raffle at any time if circumstances beyond its control arise.
- Void where prohibited by law.
- All Gift Card purchases are final and non-refundable.
- Gift Cards cannot be returned, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
- Gift Cards are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Any unused balance remaining after the expiration date will be forfeited.
- Lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of Gift Cards is the responsibility of the customer and cannot be replaced.
- Gift Cards may only be used for purchases on Drape Panda and are subject to the applicable terms of use.
- Any remaining balance will stay on the Gift Card for future purchases until fully redeemed or expired.
- Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for another Gift Card, voucher, raffle ticket, or promotional coupon.
- Drape Panda reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold Gift Card transactions suspected of fraud, misuse, or unauthorized activity.
- By purchasing a Gift Card, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.

Simply purchase a Gift Card and complete the Entry Form using your Order Number. Your entry is valid only after the form has been submitted.

To remain eligible for the Panda Closet Event, please wait until the winner announcement before redeeming your Gift Card.
Q4. What happens if I don't win?
No worries! Your Gift Card retains its full value and can be redeemed on any purchase at Drape Panda after the winner announcement.

If selected, you'll receive a shopping credit of ₹2,999 and can choose any product(s) available on the Drape Panda website, up to a total value of ₹2,999.
